Keith Vicek started his technical career in 1976 as a service technician at IBM. After spending six years in the field, Keith was given the opportunity to join IBM’s new Personal Computer Group in Boca Raton, Florida as a technical writer. Keith used his technical expertise, direct-customer-contact experience, writing skills, and innovation to excel through the ranks of the Information Development profession and eventually became the technical lead for the PC writing teams. Keith became an employee of Lenovo with the acquisition of IBM PC Department to Lenovo in 2005 and is now responsible for Worldwide Information Development Strategy.
