Jang studied Physics, Psychology and Philosophy. In 1986 he started a career in the supercomputer industry and learned everything about technical communication. He has presented hundreds of presentations and courses on various technical topics around the globe. His main skill is making technically advanced information understandable for a non-technical audience. In the past decades he taught himself programming in more than 10 different languages and platforms. He is always looking for new ways to use technology in making the job of technical communicator easier, more productive and more fun.
