Since 13 years ago, Alice Ying has been working as a technical writer, devoting her career to technical communication in the enterprise software area. She is now working as a user assistance developer with SAP Labs China that has a goodwill for helping companies to manage their financials, logistics, human resources, and other business areas. To provide useful and flexible user assistance, Alice works closely with product development teams and support teams and produces all kinds of contents that meet customer requirements. Furthermore, Alice has been working on optimizing collaboration between stakeholders, aiming to enhance the user experience of technical communication. Before joining SAP, she worked with HP and IBM.
