Before joining WuXi AppTec Group as Documentation Management Expert, Dai worked in the Documentation Management Center at headquater of Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd, Documentation Center of Hailiang Co., Ltd, and Documentation Knowledge Management Center of ENN Group. With many years of experience in documentation and content managment, Dai has also been hired as researcher at Electronic Document Management & Research Center, master’s tutor of Hebei University, and think tank expert of Data Quality Management.
