Call for Papers

The call for papers for the tcworld China 2025 in Shanghai is open until January 16, 2025! Present your work as an expert in technical communication as well as your projects to an interested professional audience. How did you proceed, what did you learn, and how did your company or customers benefit?

New speakers and experienced speakers – all are welcome! We are looking for interesting proposals for presentations, tutorials and workshops in various areas of technical communication.

We support you!

The lectures, partner presentations and workshops at the tcword China are the place for intensive and detailed exchange for you as an expert. You get in touch with the professional audience, onsite and online, and convince with knowledge, competence, and personality. Your focus is on your presentation. We take care of the rest. We offer all speakers an intensive briefing in time before the conference and a technical check is mandatory! We invite you to a guided sightseeing tour before the conference and lunches during the conference! And of course, we support you with your visa application.

Are you a first-time speaker at tcworld China? You don’t know much about the audience? No problem. Our conference board is glad to support you. They will introduce the conference and our community to you, and give you suggestions on how to prepare your presentation.

Presentation format

• Presentations: In technical presentations, experts present their experiences, new trends, completed projects and Best Practices live in a 45-minute presentation with a discussion following in the chat.
• Workshops: In 90 interactive minutes, topics are worked through in small groups in a practical manner, followed by Q&A and discussion sessions.
• Meetups are open meeting places on specific topics, where all interested parties can get involved, exchange ideas, and network. Duration: 60 – 90 minutes
• Tutorials: In our 60-minute tutorials, including Q&A and discussion sessions, experts introduce you to modern applications or methods that will enrich your everyday work or projects.
