Shihui(Flora) Gui is a content designer of IBM China Development Lab. She received her BA in English Literature from Peking University and MA in New Media Communication from Fudan University. Ever since she started her career in technical communication in 2016, she’s been mainly working on mainframe technical content development and design. Guided by IBM Design Thinking, Shihui has been actively applying Content Strategy to product technical communication plan to optimize user information experience.
