Jack Wang (Ling Wang) is a senior user assistance (UA) developer at SAP Labs China. He started his technical writing career in 2010 upon graduation from Fudan University with a B.A. degree in English. He now creates a variety of documentation deliverables at SAP, including in-app help, guided tours, and videos.
As a UA ambassador at SAP Labs China, Jack works with UA leads across locations. He drives UA initiatives, organizes UA events, and delivers knowledge sharing sessions. He also provides consulting service on the Ixiasoft DITA CMS for his colleagues in China.
