Satoshi Kuroda is Councilor and Chairperson of Planning Committee of Public Activities, JTCA. He is also responsible for JTCA Symposium held every year in Japan.
He is a specialist on technical communication; he has been engaged in the field of planning, writing and production of technical documentation, design and production of digital contents, and planning and design of digital contents related to information system for more than 25 years.
He is a Representative Director and President of Information System Engineering (ISE).
