Jean has over 10 years of experience in Telecom and Technical Communication. She has extensive knowledge of telecom products and experience in information development, information architecture, and project management at Huawei.
Currently, she is the Senior Information Architect, focusing on how new technologies can improve documentation development and delivery for Huawei. Jean is currently working on projects of DCP and AR. She has a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in computer science.
