Lilian Lee is an experienced technical writer with seven years of experience in the field. She is currently the leader of the documentation team at PingCAP, where she has gained extensive experience in maintaining and managing open-source documentation projects. Her previous experience includes working as an intern at IBM’s Information Developer and as a new media operator at Microsoft. Lilian holds a Master’s Degree from Peking University and has been operating her personal WeChat official account “技术传播那些事儿” and a Zhihu column with the same name since September 2017. She has published over 100 articles to date. Furthermore, since March 2020, Lilian has maintained her personal GitHub open-source project “awesome-technical-communication”, which shares high-quality English and Chinese learning resources in the technical communication industry. The project has received 165 stars from people all over the world so far.
