Dr. Lin Dong graduated from Georgia State University with a degree in English Rhetoric and Writing, with an emphasis in Business and Technical Communication. Her research interests include technical writing, user experience, cross-cultural communication, etc. She has published several articles in technical communication journals such as Technical Communication and Communication Design Quarterly.
