NanNan has 10 years of experience in content design and is now a content designer for Zowe, the first open source project on z/OS. She drives content strategy and execution throughout the Zowe user journey and actively improves the content experience by acting on user feedback. Previously, she worked on IBM System Automation for z/OS and IBM DataPower Gateway where she focused on content design of security, B2B Gateway and API Gateway.
