Associate professor of Professional and Technical Writing at University of Dayton. Xiaoli received her Ph. D in Rhetorics, Communication and Information Design from Clemson University in 2011.
Her research and teaching interests include international technical communication with a focus on China; technical communication pedagogy and program development and administration; and content strategy for the Web.
