Now he is a consultant of Beijing 2ndheng technology Co., Ltd., mainly engaged in consulting, training and related management of localization industry. He used to be the manager of Publishing & Media department in RWS Moravia. He has practical experience in multimedia localization projects for more than 10 years, including translation and processing of graphics and images, DTP for various publications, and localization of audio and video. Meanwhile he has rich experience in people management. He is good at formulating the team growth plan according to the requirements, evaluating the problems hindering the team’s current growth, and setting reasonable goals to improve the overall performance of the team and individuals.
