College teacher, graduated with a master’s degree in Science and Technology Policy from SPRU at the University of Sussex; received the Susan Richmond Scholarship in 2019 to study in the UK; participated the GEOINNO2020 International Academic Conference in Stavanger, Norway in representation of her school. Her major, Science and Technology Policy, ranked first in the UK and third globally in the Technology Think Tank category of the Global Think Tank Ranking (TTCSP) for three consecutive years (2017-2019).

Her major courses included Policy Formulation and Analysis, Science and Technology Democratization, Science Institutions and Power, Science, Technology, and Innovation (STI), Marketing, Business and Policy, Network Analysis and Infographics, Quantitative Research, Perspectives, Methods and Skills, and Innovative Data Science.

From September 2009 to July 2013, she studied at the Law School of Hunan University, earning dual Bachelor’s degrees in Public Administration and Law.

Participated in three city-level training programs since joining the university in 2021 (including the “Enhancing the Teacher Force Project” training for new teachers in Shanghai Normal University and the “Enhancing the Teacher Force Project” training for backbone teachers in Shanghai Normal University), receiving a “Outstanding Learner” training certificate and a completion certificate from the University of Helsinki, Finland.
