Shihui Gui obtained her Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from Peking University, Master’s degree in New Media Communication from Fudan University, and PMP certification. With 7 years of experience in the technical communication industry, she has mainly been involved in IBM mainframe and cloud product information development and content design. Shihui excels in utilizing Enterprise Design Thinking to address user demands and formulate effective Content Strategy to optimize the user information experience. She has also demonstrated proficiency in executing technical communication practice across different media formats.
