Yu Liu is a technical writer at 01.ai, a company founded by Dr. Kai-Fu Lee focusing on large-scale AI models. She is also a PMC member of Apache Pulsar and a committer of Apache Trafodion.
Since she started her career, she has been focuses on designing, creating, and optimizing the content experience for developers, running open source communities, advocating open source concepts, and participating in various events of technical communication and open source industry. For example, she is a regular speaker at various conferences (e.g., tcworld China, China Technical Communication Forum, ApacheCon Asia, COSCon, OpenInfra Days China, etc.), talking about developer experience, information architecture, content strategy, docs as code, and so on. Besides, she actively participates in diverse activities (e.g., Our Code is Open, OSPP, and other activities organized by Linux Foundation) to promote the open-source world.
While not working, she loves dancing, yoga, table tennis, piano, and Chinese medicine.
