Lead the product experience competitiveness research and solution design work by applying BUTP research methodology. Researching and delivering user persona profiles in industrial automation field, successfully constructing company-level document quality metrics system, and effectively improving the level of document management. She has been invited to share successful experience with industry peers and promote the industry development through case sharing at industry conferences.
